Lutheran Church of the Cross

There will be a Church Picnic on May 14th between the hours of 6 and 8. There will be hotdogs and hamburgers for free will offering. Sign up at the church. Hope to see you there.

News for the Summer from the Worship & Ministry Board!

              Wednesday services will be May 28th thru Aug. 31st at 6:30. Plans for a picnic supper beforehand for anyone interested, more information on the supper is to come.

The Ushers will be chosen from the congregation that evening and the Lectors will be from the contemporary choir. For those who will be attending Wednesday services we will need 2 Communion Asst. Please let us know if you would be available.

 ► Wednesday evening summer services will be held on Wednesdays, May 28 through August 27, at 6:30 p.m.  These will be contemporary services, with music leadership provided by Voices of the Cross each week.

 A casual hotdogs/chips/cookies/beverages type of supper will be served in our Hospitality Room each Wednesday evening from 5:30-6:20 p.m.  There will be a freewill offering for this meal.

 ► We will also have 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. traditional services on Sunday mornings during June-July-August, with the following exceptions:

9 a.m. service only on July 6   (4th of July weekend)

9 a.m. service only on August 31 (Labor Day weekend)
